“Oh, dearest ones, the power you hold in your heart and hands. The fear is rampant, and the focus needs to shift. With love in your heart, focus on what is yours and what is in front of you. This is the most important place to be.
There are many endings right now, and not to worry – not to get into fear. Even when all things look bleak, stay in your heart. Create and live from this energy. You can not remain in the energy of fear if you want to live in the frequency of love.
This love will carry you through the endings. The endings are only opening the door to free you from what is no longer serving you. To liberate you to love, heart, and wholeness. Trust, love, and leave the fear behind.
All good is created from the frequency of love. This is where you will find your place of peace. Your place to rest amongst the outside turmoil. Trust the heart that knows.”
The power you hold in your heart and hands…
That line stopped me in my tracks.
This week’s IOS -message from the other side came through like a balm and a wake-up call. And let’s be honest—we need both right now.
There’s so much chaos out there. The endings, the shifts, the unraveling of what we once knew … it can feel like everything is falling apart.
And in a way, it is.
But not because you’re doing something wrong.
It’s because something bigger is trying to come through.
When that happens, fear loves to creep in. It wants to hijack your energy, thoughts, and actions.”
It whispers, “Hold on tighter. Be careful. Don’t trust this. This is going to go badly.
But the truth? That’s not your Soul speaking. That’s your conditioning trying to protect you from expansion and evolution.
And we’re not here for that anymore.
We’re here to live from the frequency of love—not as some fluffy, woo-woo concept, but as the most powerful, stabilizing, activating energy on the planet.
Because as this week’s message says so clearly:
You cannot remain in the energy of fear if you want to live in the frequency of love.
You’ve got big work to do. A life to live. A fire to tend.
But you cannot do that from a place of fear.
This is your invitation to choose again.
To come home to your heart.
To trust the endings.
To trust the timing.
To trust yourself.
Because these endings? They aren’t punishment.
They are liberation.
“To free you from what is no longer serving you. To liberate you to love, heart, and wholeness.”
That’s what’s available to you right now.
A full-body, soul-led, sacred reclamation.

To focus on what’s yours.
