With everything going on in the world today and all the atrocities that are happening with the war in Ukraine you may be thinking “how can I just go about my day-to-day stuff?”

I get it. I was having this thought this morning about how I can be talking about Joyful Play at a time like this.

And this is what I know. The best thing we can do right now is stay powerful. Expand our light and be in service in the way you are being called to be in service. When we are expanded, light and powerful this is what we are bringing to the people around us. We are influencing from that place and passing that along, so everyone expands.

If we let ourselves get down, depressed, and small then that is what we are expanding and influencing with. This is not where we want to be. We can’t have a positive impact from this place.

We each can serve and support in our own way with what we have available to us and feel called to do.

Everyone can stay light, powerful, and expanded. When we do this, we come together with a power that is immeasurable.

What I know for sure is that the light will always defuse the dark and prevail. Let’s come together and expand and pass that around.
