Celebrate Your Success!

Mindset, Success

Success is meant to be celebrated.

Are you celebrating your success big and small or are you beating yourself up over what you haven’t done, what’s not accomplished, and what you haven’t mastered yet?

I have found that many of us tend to get caught up in focusing on what’s not happening and what we haven’t accomplished. We beat up on ourselves because we aren’t where we want to be.

The problem with this is when we get caught up in this mindset of focusing on what’s not happening, we begin creating more of what’s not happening. Our confidence takes a hit, and the doubt or negative self-talk begins.

So, what do you do about it? Be aware, and catch yourself.  One way to catch yourself is to check in on how you’re feeling.  If you aren’t feeling good, stop and check in to what you are thinking about.  If you’re thinking about what isn’t happening, make a new choice.

Ask yourself:

  1. What have I done?
  2. What have I accomplished so far?
  3. What can I do right now?
  4. What can I CELEBRATE?

We want to create a new habit of celebrating our success which keeps our focus on what is happening, and in turn, we create more of what we want to happen.  Our confidence grows, and we begin a habit of winning!

This may seem simple but you will be amazed at the difference in can make in your attitude and your success.  It will create more flow for you in your business and your life.

Creating a habit of celebrating your success brings more success into your life.  You are more loving to yourself, which will impact everyone and everything around you.

I have a small bell that sits on my desk that I ring to celebrate even the smallest accomplishment.  It makes me smile, and it’s fun. I also use it to celebrate successes my students accomplish in Dial for Success. It’s so much fun to just give a little ring ring.

You may have grown up with people telling you not to toot your own horn but I say toot away!  If not you, who else is going to really celebrate the amazing person you are and the things you do?

So, toot your horn, and celebrate your small successes along the way to the big ones.  This keeps your momentum going and creates a habit that will serve you the rest of your life.

Ring Ring – This is me celebrating you! Please comment below with your celebrations, I would love to hear about them.
