I’ve learned that Happiness is a decision. I’ve also learned that the decision to be happy, Really Happy, is impossible to sustain if you don’t have a Radical Self-Care practice in place.
For sustainable happiness you want to not only feed your body. You also want to feed your Soul.
When I started the practice of feeding my soul and created the method of Joyful Play, it changed everything for me.
It’s a practice I’ve taught for years that has supported hundreds of other women in creating more Happiness, Success, and Joy in their lives. They have learned the power of bringing the Spirit of Play into everything they do.
