Over the last several months, I have been talking a lot about Self-Care vs. Radical Self-Care and Play vs. Joyful Play. I’ve talked about how important it is to put you as a priority.
As you begin preparing for the Holidays (although I do know a couple of you who already have your Christmas shopping done), it’s a time of year that seems to speed up. You get busier, trying to get it all done and taking care of your family.
It’s also the last two months of the year. This is the time to finish strong in your business and build momentum going into the next year.
It’s going to be busy…
There are three things you are going to want to make sure you do and one tool you don’t want to miss out on.
The three things you want to do over the next couple of months:
- Set your expectation: Expect to take care of yourself, practice Radical Self-Care and Joyful Play. Expect the best.
- Plan: Take some time to plan what you want to accomplish by year-end, goals for next year, and how you are going to put yourself as a priority. Then plan out the steps you want to take towards what you want.
- Take Action: Take action on your plan. One really important piece to take action on is figuring out what Joyful Play is for you and how you are going to sprinkle it throughout your days to keep yourself filled up.
Your Tool: The Playbook
I’m excited to tell you about my Playbook that takes you through the steps to really figure out what Joyful Play is for you. I invite you to start your journey into Joyful Play and to download THE PLAYBOOK – free now.
You will also get 7 daily emails that will support you in moving through The Playbook and creating experiments that will help you find what Joyful Play is for you. What keeps you energized, nurtured and ready to have the best year-end and New Year!
Take a little time for you and add a little Joyful Play as you move into the Holiday Season. 🙂
Hi Lauri, I am just now seeing your playbook, how can I get this? Love Ya, Shannon (your play poster child)
Shannon,
You can get it on the home page of my website. It’s free and you’ll receive emails after you download it to walk you through it! Miss you!
