Welcome back! How did going through your first 3 areas go? Did you take the time to get clear on what assets, tolerations and what’s missing in the first 3 areas of Financial, Memetic and Relationship?
If you missed it, here is the link so you can go back and look at the first 3 areas. This week, we are going to go over the next 3 areas. There are a total of 9 areas, which will make up your environmental design.
When you look at these nine areas, finding where your assets are in each area, you can be more intentional about how you use these assets. Identifying the tolerations and zapping them, you will be cleaning up energy leaks. You will be amazed when you start cleaning up your tolerations in the 9 areas, how much energy you actually will get back. Then, look at what is missing. This is one of the ways that you can really support yourself. Sometimes these missing pieces are critical to your accomplishing the goals you want to accomplish.

Today, we are going to cover the areas of Network, Physical and Technology. Go get a cup of tea or coffee (or maybe wine), sit down and take some time to go through them.
Let’s get started and create:
Remember, we are going to be answering the same five questions for each environment.
4. Your Network area: this area is about key people that you know on a first name basis, communities you belong to, where you are seen and known:
- How to do you feel about your network of people and communities. What’s your mood around your network?
- What are some of the assets in this area? Are there people or communities that are really good for you?
- What are you tolerating in your Network area? Are there any people or communities that you are involved with that no longer serve you?
- What can you do to clean up these tolerations? Get a plan together to knock them out, one at a time.
- Is there anything missing in this area? Are there relationships or communities that you want to develop? Get a plan together on how to fill in these missing pieces and implement your plan.
5. Physical Areas: these are the spaces that surround you. These include each room in your home, office, car, etc. It is amazing what a difference it can make to your life and business for you to have spaces that feel good, organized and inspiring. Just cleaning off a couple of shelves in my office that have been driving me crazy, made such a difference. Give it a shot – I promise you’ll love the result:
- Go through the spaces in your home, office, car and other area you spend a lot of time in. How do they feel? Do they inspire you or drive you crazy? Do they feel expansive and spacious or crowded and cramped?
- What are some of the assets about your spaces? What feels really good to you?
- What are you tolerating in your physical spaces?
- What can you do to zap these tolerations? Get a plan together and zap away.
- Is there anything missing in your spaces? This may be organizational systems, a beautiful chair, paint a trashcan in your car.
6. Technology Area: this is all the technology that you are currently using or needing:
- How do you feel about the technology that you are using? What is your mood around it?
- What are some of the assets with your technology area? Do you have the perfect system or phone, calendaring software, etc. that is working great?
- What are you tolerating around your technology? Anything not working or serving you the way you want it to?
- What can you do to fix these tolerations? Get a plan together and watch your frustration decrease dramatically. I don’t know about you, but when my technology isn’t working, nothing frustrates me quicker.
- Is there anything missing that would really support you and make things easier? Get a plan to get them in place as soon as you can. It’s ok if you have to take it step by step.
Phew! These are big areas that will really begin shaping some incredible support for you. One by one, you will develop a complete environment of success around you! Good work going through all of these.
I would love for you to comment below and share any fun things you have changed that have been great, pictures of your newly improved spaces or questions!
