Are you playing small? Hiding your amazing talents and abilities because someone might judge you? Or, are you afraid of the impact you may have? Asking yourself questions like “Who am I to…?”, “Do I know enough?” or “Why would people listen to me?”.
If one of these questions or thoughts have gone through your head, it’s time to stand up and say “F” it! It’s time to go. Quit playing small, quit whining, and give yourself a big old kick in the butt!
This may sound harsh, but it is the conversation I just had with myself this morning.
You cannot have an impact, serve, and make the money you want to make by playing small and not stepping into all of your power and sharing your gifts. You are the only one that can share your gifts with the world, and the world is waiting.
Are you going to show up???
Isn’t this the million-dollar question?
I know you want to have an impact. I also know that deep down you know there is something bigger out there for you to do.
This desire runs deep.
This desire keeps you awake at night.
It keeps you feeling unsettled, trying to rattle you out of your comfort zone.
Doing something great, having a huge impact, and making the income you want to make, is never going to be comfortable.
Yes, there are deep-seated patterns and limiting beliefs that you are dealing with. These definitely cause resistance and are sometimes hard to get past. They can stop you in your tracks at times.
I have worked with women for years to help them clear these blocks, patterns, and beliefs. They have cleared the path to be free to play big.
Are you ready to play big?
If you are ready to play big, you definitely want to look at any resistance, subconscious patterns, or limiting beliefs that may be causing resistance or keeping you from moving forward.
Find support with someone who is experienced in helping people clear these patterns and beliefs. I have several different methods I use with my clients, and I also work very intuitively with them. The inner work isn’t easy, but it is necessary to your success.
You not only have to be willing to do the inside work, but you have to be willing to be bold, courageous, and be seen. To do things you have never done before, be willing to be a student and master, to be teachable and to teach. Be willing to commit to doing what it takes to be successful.
This is your journey.
You have what it takes to achieve your dreams, to make the money you want, whether that is $50,000, $100,000, or 7 figures a year. To have the impact, build a community, or to start a movement. But, it’s not going to happen if you’re hiding behind your computer or in your office.
Sometimes, you are just going to have to say “F” it, and jump. Take risks, be willing to fail, get back up, and learn from your mistakes, creating something even better to offer.
While growing up, when I wanted to accomplish something big but would whine a little to my dad, he would tell me, “If you want to play with the big dogs you can’t pee like a puppy”. This is something that is always rolling around in the back of my head.
So, if you are ready to play with the big dogs, here are a few tips to get you started:
- Decide you want it and be willing to do the work even when you don’t feel like it.
- Get clear on why you want it. What will it help you do, have, and who will you become in the process.
- Take one new bold action everyday.
- Push yourself. If you’re not a little scared, you’re not playing big.
- Make decisions based on your intuition and research.
- Be willing to experiment and try new things. Test your assumptions.
- Trust yourself and what you know.
- Be willing to get support. When you bump up against your stuff, get support from a coach, mentor or community.
It’s time for you to play big. It’s time for you to be seen and make a difference in this world.
The world is waiting – are you coming???
